Room for rent in Westlake Kampar
I am planning to rent out my single room on a duration of ONLY 4months, I repeat ONLY 4 months. This is because, i am a year 2 student from UTAR taking Public Relations course will be having industrial training from the month of June till Septemper 2009. Details on my room as below:-
Single Occupancy (RM245/month.However, price can be negotiable)
Facilities
- Room: Bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table, chair, curtains, ceiling fan, ceiling light.
- Common Area: Refrigerator, table, chairs, ceiling fan
- Bathroom: Water heater
Services
- Laundry service: Up to 7 kg per week (4 times per month).
- Cleaning service: cleaning for common areas and toilet on a weekly basis.
- 24 hours security service.
- Inclusive of internet service
For those who are not familiar with the surrounding of this place, my house is known as Manchester House which consist of 3 storeys. It is located approximately 30minutes walking distance to UTAR campus and 1 minute walking distance to UTAR bus stop.

. Would prefer a person who has cleanliness as their top priority because I am one! Strictly only female is allowed to rent, because I do not trust male who can maintain my room to be as clean and tidy just the way I left it. However, if you are still interested in renting my room, the only way is to prove me wrong which i personally doubt that. I have friendly housemates mixture of males and females. But as long as you are an open minded person and not the stuck up type, then you will get along just fine .
This is a good offer for those who plan to study in UTAR or KTAR. Why i said so? By renting 4 months, you can acquaint yourself with the surronding of the rural area because not everyone can bear the not-so-happening state with only Tesco, the nearest hypermarket in town! Secondly, you might only wanna study for a semester to gain extra knowledge? Or thirdly, maybe UTAR/KTAR is not your choice, so you wanna back out? No prob if you were to rent my room, because for those who rent in Westlake Homes are required to sign one year contract with the agency and pay 1 month in advance for deposit.
So please, for those who are interested in renting a room for 4 months, then my room will be your best choice! Terms and conditions apply.

Tell you a secret i found
I have problems on loading MKV files for quite sometime even though i have all types of player eg: Real Player, VLC, MPC, WMP, Quicktime and DIVX player in my laptop still the problem persist. I went google and i found this miracle player that lots of people gave a positive comment about it. Do you wanna know what player? Its called KMPlayer (Korean Media Player). I recommend you guys to download it. Works far more better than Media Player Classic (MPC). Now i shall kiss my MPC goodbye and never look back again!!
So far there is no disadvantages yet because i just downloaded it 30minutes ago. But seriously, it solve my anime (that Ponnie gave me). Morever, the player is cool that MPC check it out in this website http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Video-Players/KMPlayer.shtml

I realize, as we grow older, lots of things needed to be commited by us. A friend of mine just chatted with me in msn. Asking for my opinion whether she should get a brand new car or a second hand car like mine. Some of my friends were lucky to have parents to buy us a brand new car, yet some are not.
Without a personal tranportation, is like having a broken leg. I am grateful that i have a SLK with me. I love every moment of my car. Planning to repaint it during my semester break
Would like to congrats my cousin’s cousin who married today. Can’t wait for my own cousin to get married this coming November as i am looking forward for big ang paos…HAHHAHA…

Whether in Kampar is changing. Getting hot lately and it seems that it will not rain for quite sometime. So maybe, or most probably, i’ll be wearing my new lingerie my housemates got me for birthday to bed. LOL.
My darling just went back on Friday morning. The other day we were discussing about Edison Chen’s scandal. He filled me in with the news about Cecilia’s son is indeed Nicholas Tze’s as proven by DNA. Heard that she’ll start acting soon. Then later, we will talking about Korean entertainment. Not that he is a big fan of the Kdrama compare to me. He told me a shocking news about the entertainment industry in Korea. Do you know that, in order to be famous and stay famous for a long time of period, beautiful actresses been force to have sex with certain people with certain criteria like polictician??
I was curious about what my bf told me, so i went and google it. Jang Ja Yeon, commited suicide at the age of 27. She left a last will saying she could not take order’s from her manager anymore by “escorting” people. She’s given a list of people to be “escorted”. Rumors said that she’s the 3rd one to commit suicide due to sex abuse (which i personnally define it).
Such a pity to end her life so early. Yet, in some point, i do believe that you have to sacrifice in order to stand out in this entertainment industry including sex abuse.
On a random note, i bought a refill ink from tesco today for my hp cartridge. How could i not thought of that earlier during crucial timing when i need to print my assignments which is just last week??!!! Save me alot by just buying refill as the cartridge price i saw in tesco is rm 79.90 while the refill only cost me rm10 ^.^
Another random note. Sometimes i wonder why some people would not be grateful for things they have. They rather rant over somethings which is indeed their mistakes or would careless for people who concern about them? Sometimes things are just unavoidable. I think it is time to keep my mouth shut! Somethings are better to be kept. This will be my final time to give my own opinion without permission to.
I am looking for a few gadget that i have been eyeing on. I am not deperately needing it. Just wanted to own one since most people has it. *consideringcarefully*

Quickie
How should I start. Remember I told you next semester I will be having my intern? I applied 8tv but I did not get a place there because I did not attend the interview. There is pros and cons for not attending the interview. I wanted to intern in 8tv so badly. I just like to work in media. However, I heard from a friend of mine who went to the interview and got a place there telling me media prima won’t be giving any elaun. As for me who will be intern in a company known as Protemp Exhibition Sdn. Bhd which deals with conference and events will be giving rm300 elaun?? I hope that is enough for me for my petrol when i travel to work for the entire month. I hope I could learn a lot in that company. There will be 7 of us from Public Relations course doing their intern there which includes Sam the faggot. LOL. Luckily, I won’t be alone. At least I have a tuk kuk friend working with me.
I am well aware that my final is around the corner. I will put full pressure on myself so that my cgpa will not get any lower than previous semester. NO WAY. Still, I would like to introduce a good movie to all of you who reads my blog. I rate it 10/10.

Lou Hang’s Day
Yesterday is my birthday. Did not celebrate much this year as i do not feel like celebrating at all. All i wanted was to go out with my friends and we did. Went up to ipoh to watch “pantas dan garang 4″ in TGV. Could not book the ticket earlier therefore we manage to get seats which is the 4th row from the screen. After movie, we went mamak then home. My main purpose of this post is to show you how much did my housemates care for me. LOL

The opportunity that i have been hoping
It is over and there is no turning back. The truth has been told that no one will support you when your own mistake had been committed. It was rather a mess and been striving hard to amend things back. However, it was said that everything would be better if the right thing was done correctly in the first place and no longer need to clean up this mess.
Since no one is out there which is capable to be supportive, therefore it is the only way to rely with your own hands by doing things in a rebellious way. Or else the other option is to sit and wait for the apple’s to drop down from the tree.
